Fox Rothschild LLP has announced that Marie C. Dooley has joined the firm as an associate in the Financial Services Department, resident in the Philadelphia office.
Dooley, who focuses her practice on financial services and restructuring issues, joins Fox Rothschild from Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, where she was an associate in the business development division. Prior to that, she was an associate with Adelman Lavine Gold and Levin, P.C.
Dooley received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Duke University in 1998, and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
