Mark A. Goodman Elected Texas Bar Foundation Fellow

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Mark A. Goodman has been elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Fellows of the Foundation are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the state of Texas.

Each year one-third of one percent of Texas Bar Foundation members are invited to become Fellows. Once selected, nominees must be elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees. There are currently 8,500 Fellows throughout Texas.

Founded in 1965 by lawyers determined to assist the public and improve the profession of law, the Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the country and uses the financial contributions of its membership to build a strong justice system for all Texans. To date, the Texas Bar Foundation has distributed more than $15 million throughout Texas to assist nonprofit organizations with a wide range of justice-related programs and services.

Goodman’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and insurance defense. He has significant experience representing individuals as well as companies of all sizes in a variety of business litigation disputes. Goodman also handles a range of insurance defense claims, including negligence, inadequate security, product liability, wrongful death, defamation, pharmacy malpractice and computer software issues.

An active member of the Dallas community, Goodman is a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Association and has been involved with the Defense Research Institute, Lawyers’ Professionalism and Ethics Committee, Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Lawyers Against Domestic Violence, Texas Association of Defense Counsel and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
