Mark Goodman Elected to Lone Star Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters

November 11, 2016 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Mark A. Goodman has been named to the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) - Lone Star chapter.

A longstanding member of BBBS, Goodman has been actively involved as a Big Brother for a number of years. Through this role, he has been able to provide a strong, professionally supported mentor/mentee relationship for children seeking guidance.

As a board member, Goodman will continue his work as a Big Brother in addition to joining the organization’s fundraising committee and working to further the BBBS mission of helping children realize their potential and build their futures.

Fox has an extensive history connected to BBBS. Charles Edwin Fox, one of the firm’s founding partners, worked to establish the Big Brothers Big Sisters Association in 1915. Many members of the Fox community, both attorneys and staff, serve as mentors to children, and the firm also provides ongoing financial assistance to the organization.

The firm looks forward to continuing its tradition of giving back to BBBS by sponsoring gift baskets for the Lone Star chapter’s upcoming holiday party for the children and their “bigs.”

A partner and Dallas office Litigation Chair, Goodman represents clients in commercial litigation and business matters.

An active member of the Dallas community, Goodman is a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Association and has been involved with the Defense Research Institute, Lawyers’ Professionalism and Ethics Committee, Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Lawyers Against Domestic Violence and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
