Anticipating next year’s bicentennial of Napoleon’s defeat at Waterloo, collectors are gathering artifacts that belonged to him, his family and his enemies.

Fox Rothschild attorney, Peter Tucci, has packed his shelves with materials related to Joseph, Napoleon’s oldest brother.Tucci will be exhibiting his collection next year at Monmouth University and the Pennington School, in collaboration with archaeologist, Richard Veit.

Tucci explains that he is disappointed to hear of the upcoming sale of the Napoleon Museum, which belongs to Monaco’s royal family. “I’d always wanted to go to that museum,” he noted.
