New Jersey State Bar Association Casino Law Section Names Christian Fisher and Tyler Trout to Leadership Positions on Board

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that the Casino Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) named two Fox attorneys to leadership positions on its board of directors.

Christian J. Fisher was appointed vice-chairman of the Section and Tyler J. Trout was named treasurer.

He has represented and advised various entities and individuals in gaming licensing, regulatory and compliance matters and has represented casino licensees before various domestic gaming regulatory agencies, including the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission and the New York State Gaming Facility Location Board. Fisher has recently authored publications concerning the regulation of Daily Fantasy Sports in the United States.

Trout focuses on gaming regulatory and compliance matters. He has represented various clients, including land-based and Internet gaming service providers and operators, slot machine manufacturers and private equity firms with interests in gaming companies. Trout also focuses on promotional activities, including sweepstakes and other prize promotion contests.
