Fox Rothschild LLP partners Nicholas Casiello, Jr. and Michael G. Menkowitz were recently elected to the firm’s Executive Committee.
“Nick and Mike are welcome additions to the firm’s governing body,” said Mark L. Casiello, who resides in the firm’s Atlantic City office, leads Fox’s Gaming Practice. He has practiced all aspects of gaming law for more than 25 years, including licensing, acquisitions, compliance plans and investigations, and financing. Casiello’s clients include casinos, gaming equipment manufacturers and other technology providers, private equity firms, and other investors. He is Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated, and has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine (2005-2008), as well as named one of the Best Lawyers in America for Gaming Law (2005-2008).
Menkowitz, who resides in the firm’s Philadelphia office, heads Fox’s Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice, and is co-chair of the Automotive Practice. His financial services practice involves representing clients in workout and bankruptcy matters, including secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, and debtors. Menkowitz also has extensive experience representing automobile dealers as general counsel, including the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated, and has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine (2006, 2007).
