Patrick J. Egan of Fox Rothschild To Moderate at White Collar Practice Seminar

Patrick J. Egan, co-chair of the White Collar Compliance and Defense practice in the Philadelphia office of Fox Rothschild LLP,will moderate a session on white collar practice as part of a two-day course hosted by the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Egan is one of several thought leaders who will share their experience on a variety of white collar practice-related topics. The event will take place at the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia and offers 12 CLE credit hours including one ethics hour.

Egan will moderate the “Banker Beware: From TARP Fraud to Reckless Lending and Unsafe or Unsound Practices” portion of the event at 11:15 a.m. on November 9.

Egan has more than 20 years of experience representing businesses, executives, professionals and other individuals in federal white-collar criminal defense matters and parallel civil actions. His areas of concentration include health care, securities and tax and accounting oversight.

Egan earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1986 and his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University in 1980.
