Patrick J. Egan Rejoins Fox Rothschild’s Litigation and White Collar PracticesJune 23, 2009
The firm is delighted to welcome Patrick J. Egan to its Philadelphia office as a partner in the Litigation Department and White Collar Compliance and Defense Practice Group. Egan will serve as co-chair of the White Collar Compliance and Defense practice.

With more than 20 years of experience representing businesses, executives, professionals and other individuals in federal white collar criminal defense matters and parallel civil actions, Egan concentrates his practice on healthcare, securities, tax and accounting oversight, public corruption, export and customs matters.
"Patrick's broad experience as a white collar criminal defense attorney, as well as extensive background in import/export regulations, make him a valuable asset for the firm's clients,” said Scott Vernick, managing partner of the firm's Philadelphia office.
Egan’s wide range of experience encompasses a myriad of matters involving white collar criminal defense. He has represented numerous individuals in a broad array of matters, including those involving issues related to FDA and customs fraud, allegations of Bank Secrecy Act violations, country of origin marketing violations and racketeering charges. Egan also represents clients in commercial litigation and regulatory defense.
An adjunct professor of integrated trial advocacy at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Egan is also a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy-Mid-Atlantic Regional Trial Program and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy-Advanced Deposition Skills.
