Jeffrey Sultanik, negotiation solicitor for Perkiomen Valley School District, was quoted on KYW 1060 AM radio in connection with the recent contract negotiations between the school board and the union. Negotiations started 13 or 14 months ago, and the teachers’ union had planned to go on strike Feb. 28 because they couldn’t reach an agreement with the school board. Less than two days before the work stoppage, the union and school board came to a tentative agreement.
