Peter J. Tucci Elected to World Affairs Council of Philadelphia’s Board

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Peter J. Tucci, partner and chair of the firm’s International Practice Group, has been elected to serve on the board of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.

The Council is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization dedicated to informing and engaging people of all ages on matters of national and international significance. It provides its members, and the greater Philadelphia community, with access to influential figures in the global arena, as well as opportunities to visit fascinating destinations through its unique travel program. The Council’s global education program develops the understanding that students in the Greater Philadelphia area have of contemporary international events and concerns, thereby enhancing their future as citizens not only of this region, but of the world.

A mergers and acquisitions attorney, Tucci handles an array of international and corporate matters, including, insurance and reinsurance transactions, private equity transactions, corporate finance and joint ventures.

A Chambers USA-ranked attorney, Tucci has worked on several hundred transactions throughout his career. He provides general corporate representation to many public and private companies, with a particular focus on advising European companies that plan on entering the United States market.

As an active member of his community, Tucci serves as the chairman of the board of trustees of The Pennington School and president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he sits on the Pennsylvania Advisory Board of HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as well as the board of directors of London Life Reinsurance Company and the Dikembe Mutombo Foundation, Inc.
