Jeffrey Herskowitz was featured in an article that focused on a group of friends who reserve one weekend each summer to take their kids to a Phillies game in a different city. They call themselves Phathers of the Tribe, a play on their Jewish heritage, their love of the team and the fact only dads attend.

Herskowitz brought his two sons, 9-year-old Jake and 6-year-old Justin. It’s been weeks since their trip, and he’s still glowing.

“It was one of the most incredible things to share with my boys,” said Herskowitz, an attorney whose 13-year-old daughter opted to stay home for a spa day with their mom. “It was so nice to get away with them. … We had such an amazing time.”
