Randall C. Schauer and Alka Bahal recently participated in the “Insights & Strategies Q&A Forum” featured in the July/August issue of PeopleShare’s HR Insights Magazine.

In the forum “Retaining I-9 Documentation, Rescinding a Job Offer, and Paying Bonuses and Commissions to Terminated Employees,” Schauer and Bahal answered employer’s questions involving standard practice with retaining I-9 documentation, rescinding a job offer after the offer letter has been signed, and paying bonuses and commission to terminated employees.

Schauer and Bahal are both partners in the firm’s Labor and Employment department.
