Robert S. Tintner of Fox Rothschild LLP to Receive Sean Peretta Award from YLD of the Philadelphia Bar AssociationFebruary 18, 2009
Robert S. Tintner, a partner with Fox Rothschild LLP, will receive the Sean Peretta Award from the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. The Award will be given during the YLD’s Annual Meeting on February 23, 2009, at the Westin Philadelphia. The Award is presented annually to members of the legal community who exhibit exceptional community service.
Tintner focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial litigation, the representation of attorneys and law firms, defamation and first amendment matters, intellectual property litigation, and real estate litigation, including condemnation and title insurance matters.
Tintner regularly presents seminars throughout the Commonwealth on professional responsibility, the avoidance of legal malpractice and title insurance. He previously served on the board of directors for Options and the Senior Law Center of Philadelphia and has been named a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine. In August 2008, Tintner was named Volunteer of the Month by Philadelphia VIP. In May 2009, he will receive the Distinguished Advocate Award from the Support Center for Child Advocates.
