Robert A. Walper, partner in the Blue Bell office of Fox Rothschild LLP, has been appointed vice chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Business, Banking and Corporate Counsel Committee for the year 2011.
As the firm-wide administrative partner of the Corporate Department, Walper handles general corporate, real estate, tax and financing matters for closely held and family businesses, entrepreneurial individuals, nonprofit corporations and government entities. He has substantial experience in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, buying and selling businesses, franchise law, succession planning, securities, entity selection and restructuring and representing startup and emerging businesses, among others.
Walper is a member of the Penn Suburban Chamber of Commerce board. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law in 1999, his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1994 and his B.B.A. from Temple University in 1991.
