Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to congratulate Sandra A. Romaszewski, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, who was recently inducted as an honorary member of Peirce College’s chapter of the Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX) Honor Society. Romaszewski also served as the keynote speaker at the induction ceremony on May 13.
Lambda Epsilon Chi is the national honor society of the American Association for Paralegal Education, which recognizes inductees for their outstanding academic achievements and offers national scholarship and networking opportunities with other legal professionals.
Prior to attending law school, Romaszewski worked as a legal assistant and paralegal at a global law firm. While working full time, she also attended night classes at Peirce College from September 2003 to May 2005 and obtained her post-Bachelor Certificate of Proficiency in Paralegal Studies, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
Romaszewski worked as a contract paralegal for two years for a global law firm while attending law school from September 2005 until September 2007. Upon graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007, she began working as an associate at Fox Rothschild. In 2016, she was named a partner at Fox Rothschild.
Romaszewski also serves on Peirce College’s Paralegal Studies Program Advisory Committee, and has served on this Committee since 2009.
Named one of the leading corporate attorneys in Pennsylvania by Chambers USA, Romaszewski focuses her practice in corporate, transactional, insurance and international matters for public and private companies of all sizes, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital investments and financing, securities and private placements, corporate governance, joint ventures and insurance regulatory matters. She advises businesses during all phases from formation to sale, merger or dissolution.
Romaszewski earned her J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007 (now Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School) and her B.A., cum laude, from Temple University in 1998.
