Sarah Beth Johnson of Fox Rothschild LLP Appointed to the Board of Education of Atlantic County Special Services School District

Sarah Beth Johnson, an attorney with Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently appointed to the board of education of the Atlantic County Special Services School District.

Atlantic County Special Services School District ( ) provides educational programs and related services for severely and multiply disabled pupils ages 3 to 21 who meet eligibility requirements. The District also supports special needs populations in collaboration with educational and human services agencies by planning, coordinating, assisting and/or administering countywide programs as resources permit when deemed appropriate by the Board of Education.

Johnson, who is resident in the firm’s Atlantic City office, focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law, including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and contract disputes, as well as other commercial litigation matters.

Active in the community, Johnson is a member of the Brown University Alumni Association and conducts candidate interviews during the fall admissions season. She also volunteers as a Special Civil Part mediator for the Atlantic County Superior Court and is pro-bono counsel to Covenant House Atlantic City. Johnson also has been appointed the Conflict Prosecutor for her home town of Hammonton, New Jersey.
