Fox News called on Scott L. Vernick, a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office, to discuss a new legislation passed by the Senate that will require black box data recorders in all new cars beginning in 2015. The black box recorders will work much like the recorders used on airplanes, capturing data related to a crash. Vernick discussed the privacy implications of the new legislation and what it could mean for drivers.
