Fox Rothschild LLP was featured in The American Lawyer article, “Spotlight on Strategy: Middle-Market and Mergers for Fox Rothschild.” Full text can be found in the January 27, 2016, issue, but a synopsis is below.

2015 was a significant year of growth for Fox. The firm broke into the Am Law 100 ranks for the first time and completed its most significant merger to date with the acquisition of Minneapolis-based Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly.

For the firm, meeting growth objectives, while staying true to the firm’s unique focus—one that largely revolves around serving middle-market clients—is essential to where it’s headed. “Our business strategy is to become a better version of who we already are,” said Fox Rothschild Firmwide Managing Partner Mark Silow.

Fox is “very comfortable with [the firm’s] middle-market approach,” noted Silow, adding that the firm’s client base includes closely held businesses, small public companies, high-net-worth individuals and tax-exempt organizations, as well as Fortune 100 companies.
