Stephanie Resnick Named Leading Litigator by Benchmark and Chambers USA

Stephanie Resnick, Chair of the Firmwide Litigation Department at Fox Rothschild LLP, has been recognized as one of the “Top 250 Female Litigators in America” by Benchmark and as a leading litigator in Chambers USA for the fifth consecutive year.

Resnick, who is noted by clients for her “easygoing but powerful presence” and her “ability to handle things calmly while maintaining an unflinching stance,” is a trailblazer both within the firm and the legal community. She leads more than 220 attorneys across 19 offices as Chair of Fox’s Litigation Department and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She has served in a number of leadership positions with the Philadelphia Bar Association and has served on the ABA’s Commission on the Federal Judiciary. She has served as a board member to various nonprofits and currently sits on the Corporate Executive Board of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

In her practice, Resnick is a senior trial lawyer who counsels individuals, corporations and boards of directors on all aspects of complex business litigation. She has particular fluency in directors’ and officers’ liability and corporate governance matters, shareholder and partnership disputes and disputes involving family businesses.

Resnick is a past recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Award, presented annually by the Philadelphia Bar Association to a female attorney who has achieved the “highest degree of professional excellence in her field.”

For many years, Resnick has been included in a list of “Super Lawyers” as well as the “Top 50 Women Lawyers in Pennsylvania,” “Top 100 Lawyers in Pennsylvania” (one of only 10 women lawyers in the Commonwealth to do receive that designation), and “Top 100 Lawyers in Philadelphia” by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine.
