Stephanie Resnick of Fox Rothschild Named to Corporate Executive Board of Philadelphia Museum of Art

Stephanie Resnick, firm-wide chair of Fox Rothschild’s Litigation Department, has been named to the Corporate Executive Board of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, one of the largest art museums in the United States, for the 2012 fiscal year.

Members of the corporate executive board serve as advocates on behalf of the museum to cultivate awareness of the museum’s award-winning educational programs, exhibitions and activities within the corporate community.

Resnick concentrates her practice on all aspects of complex business litigation in state and federal courts. She represents and counsels individuals, corporations and boards of directors in directors' and officers' liability and corporate governance matters. She also handles matters involving misappropriation of trade secrets and other business torts, intellectual property litigation, health care/physician issues, employment-related litigation including restrictive covenants and defamation and media actions.

Resnick has been ranked by the Chambers USA Guide as a leading commercial litigator in Pennsylvania. She is the recipient of the Sandra Day O'Connor award, given by the Philadelphia Bar Association to a woman attorney who has achieved the highest degree of professional excellence in her field, and has been named a “Super Lawyer” and included among the "Top 50 Women Lawyers in Pennsylvania," "Top 100 Lawyers in Pennsylvania" (one of only 10 women lawyers in the Commonwealth to receive that designation) and "Top 100 Lawyers in Philadelphia" by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine.
