Steven K. Ludwig of Fox Rothschild To Present at DELVACCA Chapter Employment & Labor Law CLE Institute Event

Steven K. Ludwig, a partner in the Philadelphia office of Fox Rothschild LLP, will present “The Employee Use of Social Networking and Developing Policies” on Jan. 20 at the Employment & Labor Law CLE Institute of DELVACCA, the Delaware Valley chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The program will be held at The Union League of Philadelphia.

During the session, Ludwig and John Romeo, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of American Water Works Services Company, Inc., will discuss the legal risks associated with company and employee use of social networking sites.

Active in the labor and employment practice area, Ludwig represents private and public clients in the full range of labor and employment matters including labor litigation, civil rights litigation, collective bargaining, personnel counseling and training, appellate representation, regulatory compliance and alternative dispute resolution. He is a frequent presenter and author on topics such as social media in the workplace, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) and fundamentals of employment law, among other topics.

Ludwig earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
