There’s No Sugarcoating the Splenda Settlement Spat

Merisant Co., makers of Equal, say Splenda's advertising campaign, "Made from sugar so it tastes like sugar," is misleading. The subsequent trial lasted for a month and ended in an abrupt private settlement. However, the two companies have since been involved in a heated argument about who is and who isn't sticking to the agreement. Fox Rothschild attorneys Abraham C. Reich and Beth L.
