Practicing Real Estate Law for more than 35 years, Bregman focuses on commercial development, financing, sales and acquisitions, resort and hotel development and property leasing. He is also well-versed in representing clients in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial projects for office and industrial properties.
Bregman earned his J.D. in Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1975 and his B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1971.
Certified by the Florida Bar as Business Litigation Specialist, DeMaria has managed some of South Florida’s most high-profile complex business litigation and financial criminal defense cases during his career, which have drawn national media attention.
DeMaria earned his J.D., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1982 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Bonaventure University in 1979.
Dunkel is a board-certified business litigation attorney with experience conducting civil litigation matters from initial complaint through to trial. His areas of concentration include business disputes, real estate litigations, creditors’ rights, bank litigation, non-compete lawsuits, foreclosures and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
Dunkel earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1982 and his B.S. from Duke University in 1979.
