Managing partner of the firm's West Palm Beach office and a certified specialist in Civil Trial and Business Litigation Law by The Florida Bar, Rubin focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has significant experience in handling class action and multidistrict litigation in federal and state courts. Her practice is diverse encompassing contract disputes, real estate, loan workouts, probate litigation, actions brought under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Title VII, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), trade secret and restrictive covenant cases involving non-compete agreements.
Rubin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law and her B.A., with honors, from University of Maryland.
Greene is an experienced trial litigator who focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation matters involving banking, title insurance, real estate and construction litigation. He is active in the South Florida legal community and has held multiple leadership positions. Greene presently serves as president of Leadership Palm Beach County and has served as chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Corporate Law & Counsel Committee. Additionally, Greene is a key contributor to the firm’s South Florida Trial Blog , which helps clients navigate South Florida’s court system, and is a frequent presenter on legal issues impacting companies, including as a regular speaker for the South Florida Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Greene earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1996 and his B.B.A. from the University of Miami in 1993.
