February 24, 2016 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild LLP Partner Todd A. Rodriguez recently wrote a chapter as part of the fourth edition of the Representing Physicians Handbook, published by the American Health Lawyers Association.

Since the third edition of the handbook was published, there have been many changes to the health care laws and regulations applicable to physicians. The recently updated book addresses the issues that confront those who represent physicians and provides insight and guidance on compliance, business and reimbursement, among other matters, in the highly regulated health care law field.

Co-chair of the firm’s Health Law Practice, Rodriguez has represented health care providers, including physicians, medical group practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic testing facilities and other health care practitioners such as dentists, chiropractors and veterinarians for more than 20 years.

Rodriguez maintains the firm’s Physician Law Blog, which provides updates on new legislation and legal issues relating to practice management, billing and coding, ancillary services, malpractice insurance, fraud and abuse developments and other important legal issues affecting physicians in their personal and professional lives.

Rodriguez earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College.
