Fox recently re-elected its firm-wide managing partner Mark Silow and co-chairmen Philip Griffin and Abraham Reich to their fourth consecutive three-year terms. In their first nine years, they have grown the firm from almost 300 lawyers in 10 offices to one with almost 600 attorneys in 19 offices across the country.

“We continue to focus on midmarket clientele, and it’s completely compatible with our growth strategy,” said Silow when asked where he sees the firm as he enters his fourth term. “And when you look around the country, there really isn’t another firm like ours. We’re seeing more Fortune 1000 clients identify themselves as midmarket.”

When asked his priorities for his next term, Silow stated that he would like to increase the number of lawyers in every office to 25 to 30. “Right now we have five or six [out of 19] that have not achieved that. We also have a few practice areas that we would like to grow.”
