Yesenia Gallegos of Fox Rothschild Named Top Lawyer Under 40 by Hispanic National Bar Association

Yesenia Gallegos, partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently named the Top Lawyer Under 40 by the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA).

Yesenia will be given the award at HNBA's Midyear Corporate Counsel Conference that will be held March 13 through 15 in Atlanta, GA. The award will be presented by Georgia Governor Nathan Deal at a reception at the World of Coca-Cola Museum on the evening of March 14.

Gallegos is active member of the HNBA. Last year, she chaired the Women’s Leadership Conference during the 2012 Midyear Corporate Counsel Conference in New Jersey. In 2010, Gallegos was one of 50 Latina lawyers selected from across the country to participate in Inaugural Class of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and HNBA’s Value-Based Training Program, which focuses on providing clients with competitive, value-added legal services.

Gallegos focuses her legal practice in labor, employment and business litigation, including class actions pending in state and federal court. She also advises clients and provides training in areas such as protecting trade secrets; wage and hour law; discrimination and harassment claims; executive employment agreements; leaves of absences; and reductions in force.

She earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2003 and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000.
