Harvey Miller is considered the heavyweight champ of bankruptcy lawyers in cases both large and small. And it has often been the smaller cases -- such as the Chapter 11 filing of Inyx USA -- in which he has often knocked out his opponents in court. Samuel Israel, "whose specialty is courtroom brawling," according to this article, was an Inyx attorney and recalled the case with Miller as a "knock-down drag-out litigation."
