Joel Bolstein Appointed Co-Chair of ABA’s Environment, Energy and Resources Government and Private Sector Innovation Committee

M. Joel Bolstein, co-chair of Fox Rothschild’s Environmental Practice Group, has been appointed co-chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER) Government and Private Sector Innovation Committee for a one-year term beginning August 5, 2012.
As co-chair, Bolstein will help to increase the involvement of the 10,000+ lawyers in the SEER section, assist in the development of CLE programming, prepare content for communications efforts and promote the committee’s involvement in domestic and international environmental rights and justice.
