Sarah Klosek Named New Leader of the Bar

Registered patent attorney Sarah Klosek of Fox Rothschild’s Princeton office was recently named a “New Leader of the Bar” by the New Jersey Law Journal.
Formerly known as the “40 Under 40” awards, the list is compiled of New Jersey lawyers under the age of 40 who are distinguished among their peers for their achievements in the workplace and public service involvement.
Klosek focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including preparing and prosecuting US and PCT patent applications; managing prosecution of foreign patent applications; performing freedom-to-operate searches; conducting due diligence analyses; and preparing legal opinions. Sarah is also a frequent public speaker on the topic of patent law.
Klosek is familiar with the following representative technologies: pharmaceuticals, polymers, small molecules, green technology, medical devices, biotechnology, nanotechnology, NMR spectroscopy, photochemistry, analytical chemistry, and surface chemistry.
Klosek earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, where she served as articles editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and was awarded the "American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence in Advocacy".
Klosek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Rowan University, where she served as Vice President of the American Chemical Society Student Affiliate Group. She also holds a Master's Degree in analytical chemistry from Purdue University. She recently received the Purdue Alumni Club of New Jersey’s “Community Support and Service Award.”
