Kenneth Mack Elected as a Fellow of American College of Environmental Lawyers

Kenneth H. Mack, co-chair of the Environmental Practice of Fox Rothschild LLP, has been recently elected a Fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL).
The American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL) is a professional association of distinguished lawyers who practice in the field of environmental law. Membership is by invitation and members are recognized by their peers as preeminent in their field. ACOEL members are dedicated to maintaining and improving the ethical practice of environmental law; the administration of justice; and the development of environmental law at both the state and federal level.
Named one of the leading environmental attorneys in New Jersey by Chambers USA, Mack focuses his practice on complex environment litigation; legal issues attendant to site remediation and environmental aspects of real estate and commercial transactions.
Mack is a former chair of the New Jersey Bar Association's Environmental Law Section. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1971 and his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1968.
