Jennifer Weisberg Millner, Eric Solotoff and Julia Swain of Fox Rothschild Present Seminar on Role of Personal Accountant and Financial Adviser in Divorce Process

Jennifer Weisberg Millner, Eric Solotoff and Julia Swain, partners in the family law practice group at Fox Rothschild LLP, presented “Overview of the Divorce Process: How the Personal Accountant and Financial Adviser Can Assist” to an audience of 65 accountants and financial advisers on May 10 in Lawrenceville, NJ.
The presentation focused on the divorce process, highlighting the importance of divorce accounting and detailing how personal accountants and financial advisers can assist their clients in preparing and protecting their interests.
As members of the firm’s family law practice group, Millner, Solotoff and Swain represent clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution and abuse.
Millner is a partner in the Princeton office and focuses her practice on all aspects of family and matrimonial law. She contributes to the firm’s New Jersey Family Legal Blog, which provides practical information and useful tips on topics such as alimony, child support, custody, parenting time, divorce, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence and grandparent visitation.
Solotoff, a partner in the firm’s Roseland office and co-chair of the firm's family law practice, represents clients in family law litigation matters and also contributes to the firm’s New Jersey Family Legal Blog. Solotoff is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys.
Swain is a partner in the Philadelphia office and focuses her practice on all areas of family law. She litigates family law cases in the five-county Philadelphia area, including appellate courts and negotiates settlements and prenuptial agreements.
