LGBTQ & Allies

Fox Rothschild embraces a definition of diversity that encompasses sexual orientation and gender identity.

The LGBTQ & Allies Subcommittee is an active part of the firm's Diversity Committee and is dedicated to ensuring that Fox is a welcoming workplace for all and that the Fox family, the legal community, law students and the larger community see the firm as a model of inclusiveness and acceptance.

LGBTQ Fox attorneys are out and proud and have the enthusiastic support of their colleagues. Partners and associates represent the firm in community events and include LGBTQ issues in its continuing legal education programs for lawyers.

The firm is a proud sponsor of LGBTQ events and legal symposiums, including:

Beyond Fox, one of our lawyers was appointed to the Democratic National Committee's LGBT Advisory Board. The organization complements the party's existing national organizing structure with a body of LGBT Democrats from all 50 states allowing "two-way conversations" with LGBT communities across the country, as well as mobilizing community members on behalf of LGBT-friendly candidates and policy issues at all levels.

Another Fox attorney currently serves as secretary of the Executive Committee of the Independence Business Alliance, the LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce for the Greater Philadelphia region.
