For more than 25 years, Pete has served as a dedicated advocate on behalf of his clients in their real estate litigation matters. He provides a full spectrum of legal services – including guidance on mediation and arbitration as well as litigation to verdict – to clients that own, lease, invest in, manage or develop real estate and have disputes with tenants, landlords, co-owners, adjoining landowners, homeowners’ associations, contractors, brokers/agents, title companies or sellers and purchasers.
Pete also represents clients in need of aggressive collection on funds or judgments, including handling bankruptcy matters. He also maintains a transactional practice in which he negotiates leases for both landlords and tenants.
