Listen to the Podcast

In the first half of a two-part interview, James Matthews, partner at Philadelphia-based law firm Fox Rothschild, and Bernard Anderson, senior management fellow at Wharton and assistant secretary of labor during the Clinton administration, discuss the role of the FLSA in today's rapidly changing work environment.
