Our attorneys have served as:

  • Bond Counsel to Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority, University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, $90.3 Million Revenue Bonds, Series 2015. The bond proceeds were used for the refinancing of all of the Authority’s $40.5 million original aggregate principal amount of University Revenue Bonds, Series 2005A; the refinancing of all of the Authority’s $67.4 million original aggregate principal amount of University Revenue Bonds, Series 2008; and  the payment of the costs and expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
  • Underwriter’s Counsel to the Delaware County Authority, Villanova University, $143 million Revenue Bonds, Series 2015.
  • Disclosure Counsel to RBC Capital Markets in connection with various bond issuances undertaken by Pennsylvania municipalities, school districts and other municipal issuers of debt.
  • Underwriter’s Counsel for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, $294.2 million Turnpike Revenue Bonds, Series C of 2014. The bond proceeds were used for various capital expenditures; reimbursing the Commission for certain costs previously incurred in connection with such capital expenditures; capitalized interest on the 2014C Bonds; a debt service reserve fund deposit; and (v) issuing the 2014C Bonds.
  • Hospital Counsel and Bond Counsel to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, $190.4 million Hospital Revenue Bonds (The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Project) Series of 2014.
  • Indenture Trustee Counsel to the Airport Commission of the City and County of San Francisco, $100 million, San Francisco International Airport Subordinate Commercial Paper Notes, Series A-3, Series B-3 and Series C-3.
  • Special Legal Counsel to Deutsche Bank for the Airport Commission of the City and County of San Francisco Subordinate Commercial Paper Notes, Series A-3, Series B-3 and Series C-3, not to exceed $300 million.
  • Hospital Counsel and Bond Counsel for The Hospitals and Higher Education Facilities Authority of Philadelphia $260.8 million Hospital Revenue Bonds (The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Project) Series C of 2011 and Series D of 2011. The bond proceeds of the 2011 C Bonds were used for construction of an underground parking garage and other improvements and capital projects, and the 2011 D Bonds were used for the current refunding of the Authority’s $170 million original aggregate principal amount of Hospital Revenue Bonds (The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Project) Series A, B and C of 2008.
