In the recent decision of Wagamon v. Dolan, C.A. No. 5594-VCG (Del. Ch. Apr. 20, 2012), the Court of Chancery reviewed a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant William Krieg pursuant to Court of Chancery Rule 56.
