We obtained a dimensional variance from the Richland Township Zoning Hearing Board, in Richland Township, Bucks County, relating to a proposed stand alone restaurant located within a new commercial shopping center.

We obtained final subdivision/land development approval from Richland Township Board of Supervisors in Richland Township, Bucks County, for a residential project consisting of 24 single family detached building lots.

We obtained final land development plan approval from Doylestown Township Board of Supervisors in Doylestown Township, Bucks County, and six dimensional variances from the Doylestown Township Zoning Hearing Board, to allow the development of a medical office building.

We obtained final zoning approval from Philadelphia to construct a central chiller plan on Walnut Street which will replace aging air-conditioning equipment in six buildings owned by Thomas Jefferson University.

We obtained a use variance from the Media Borough Zoning Hearing Board, in Media Borough, Delaware County, to allow the operation of a dance facility (mixed business/educational use) in a residential zoning district.

We obtained approval from the Monroe Township Board of Supervisors in Monroe Township, Snyder County, to allow the inter-municipal transfer of a Pennsylvania Liquor License for a proposed large scale commercial shopping center.

We obtained a use variance from the Whitpain Township Zoning Hearing Board in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County, to allow a building located in a residential zoning district to be converted to an office use.

We obtained special exception from the Souderton Borough Zoning Hearing Board in Souderton Borough, Montgomery County, to allow the development of under-sized building lot.

We obtained variances from the Whitpain Township Zoning Hearing Board in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County, relating to the requirements for the use of LED signs.
