We obtained site plan waiver and variance approvals for a shopping center developer in Upper Township, NJ in connection with the installation and maintenance of information and directional signs.

We obtained conditional use approval, as well as use and dimensional variances, from Buckingham Township, Bucks County, to allow the development of an office/bank project.

We obtained preliminary subdivision plan approval from Buckingham Township, Bucks County, for an eight (8) lot single family development.

We obtained final land development approval from Warwick Township, Bucks County, for a Walgreen’s shopping center as well as several variances from Warwick Township Zoning Hearing Board relating to the proposed signage for the Walgreen’s shopping center.

We obtained several variances from Richland Township Zoning Hearing Board, Bucks County, relating to the proposed signage for a Wawa convenience store and gas station.

We obtained a special exception and several variances from Amity Township, Berks County, for the construction of a new elementary school.

We obtained final land development approval from Whitpain Township, Montgomery County, for a multi-million dollar expansion of the art center on the Montgomery County Community College Campus.

We obtained final land development approval from Wyomissing Borough, Berks County, for the construction of a lifestyle shopping center consisting of approximately 107,977 square feet of retail space.
