New Edition Can Aid Commercial Litigators

Abraham C. Reich and Joshua Horn reviewed the third addition of :Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts” for the Bar Journal.

The review notes that the third edition is an update and addition to the eight-volume treatise second edition published in 2005. The now 130-chapter, 11-volume work remains an extremely valuable took and authoritative work for all commercial trail lawyers. The latest iteration further demonstrates that the editors and authors remain on the cutting edge of the law and litigation. It provides a relative newcomer with an easy to comprehend window into a new area of the law, as well as fresh ideas for the seasoned lawyers.
