Welcome to the first 2008 edition of In the Zone. In this issue you will find highlights of several compelling cases, including Frompovicz v.Township of South Manheim, which addresses the question of whether the pendulum is swinging back for federal substantive due process claims. You will also have a chance to read about a recent decision by the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division in connection with three important issues in zoning matters, including the Time of Decision Rule.
