November 2008 In The Zone

This issue of In the Zone is packed with knowledge you need to know. We’ve included a look at theWorkforce Housing Ordinance in New Castle County, Delaware, and our take on the latest hot cases and issues affecting our clients, including tax increment financing, the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code and more.

Additionally, the New Jersey Energy Master Plan is deeply in need of intervention from the real estate community. This plan, which will serve as a blue print for the state’s energy initiatives through 2020, will have a considerable impact on the real estate community – and will cause tremendous economic harm if the community does not make itself heard soon. Read all about the issues in Steve Goldenberg’s article,“Real Estate Community Intervention in Energy Efficiency Initiatives.”

As the holidays draw near, Fox Rothschild is once again participating in the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties toy drive. We will be collecting new unwrapped toys for donation to children served by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County and North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club. Please consider dropping off a new unwrapped toy, appropriate for children and teens ages 6 to 17, at our office on 2700 Kelly Road in Warrington. Your generosity will bring smiles and joy this holiday season to many needy children throughout the area.

We always look forward to hearing from you, so if you have any questions about any of the material included here – or about any issue you may be facing – just give us a call or visit us on the Web.
