Randy focuses on employment law and civil litigation, primarily representing companies and management in business disputes including:

  • breach of contract claims
  • wrongful termination
  • age and sex discrimination
  • discrimination based on disabilities

Randy’s practice also includes:

  • representing all levels of corporate executives in employment matters
  • negotiating executive employment contracts
  • counseling clients and litigating on their behalf when employment relationships end
  • representing companies and executives before state and federal agencies as well as in State and Federal Court
  • counseling company management in how to avoid claims for wrongful employment practices
  • providing training to managers and front-line supervisors on sexual harassment and other forms of discrimination
  • reviewing and drafting employee handbooks, employment contracts, and other employment-related documents

In law school, Randy was the Managing Editor of the Dickinson Law Review, for which he authored an article on civil contempt.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Randy frequently presents educational seminars to managers and other professionals on ways to hire and discipline employees as to minimize the risk of lawsuits. He has taught a course on sexual harassment at the Bucks County Community College and appeared in the media, including:
