Randall advises clients in a variety of industries on intellectual property matters, including trademark clearance, registration, and maintenance, as well as trademark protection, enforcement and defense.
Before Fox Rothschild
In 2016, Randall graduated from the part-time evening program at Rutgers Law School where he completed his studies while working, interning, and clerking full-time. During law school, Randall was a law clerk and summer associate at Fox Rothschild. He also served as a law clerk at the Trial Division of Nationwide Insurance. Randall was a summer legal intern for the Honorable Joel Schneider of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Randall also previously worked in the procurement field for Philadelphia Gas Works and Accenture.
Randall served as the Evening Representative for Rutgers’ Black Law Students Association. He also participated in the James Hunter III Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.
