Biography

Sarah represents lenders in a variety of real estate matters, including extension of commercial credit facilities to small and medium-sized companies for real estate acquisitions, financing ground-up construction and tenant improvements, acquiring businesses through asset purchases and stock purchases and refinancing debt and purchasing machinery and equipment. She also handles an array of loan documents and agreements for clients.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Sarah was a real estate attorney in the Pennsylvania office of an East Coast-based law firm.

During law school, Sarah was a certified legal intern at the Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic. She was also an intern to the Honorable Paula Patrick of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, she was a legal intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. She also served as a legal writing teaching assistant and an associate editor for Villanova’s Environmental Law Journal.

Before going to law school, Sarah was a title abstractor, tracing the surface and mineral ownership of land parcels stretching back as far as the 1850s, at an international law firm.
