Seth has significant intellectual property litigation experience handling patent, trademark and copyright infringement disputes. His patent litigations involve a range of products, including medical devices, exercise equipment, sliding doors, solar lighting, software and office supplies. Seth has handled trademark and copyright litigation in a variety of fields including the fashion and apparel industry. He has experience handling inter partes reviews (IPRs) before the PTAB, including four such reviews covering medical devices.
Seth’s transactional intellectual property practice has focused on prosecuting medical device patents, including spinal implants, as well as handling invalidity and non-infringement opinions and prosecuting trademark applications. He has considerable experience in patent re-examinations of fencing materials and medical devices.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining the firm, Seth was a summer associate with Fox Rothschild. During law school, he was a legal intern in the patent department of Synthes, Inc., a global manufacturer of medical devices, where he drafted asset purchase and consulting agreements and worked with international patent counsel on filing foreign patents. Seth was also a medical technologist at Frankford-Torresdale Hospital.
