Shannon focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appellate advocacy, including e-discovery issues. She also conducts internal investigations and counsels clients in connection with state and federal investigations, regulatory actions and other inquiries.

She represents clients in a wide range of industries including financial services, insurance and automotive. Shannon's litigation experience is diverse. It includes complex insurance coverage matters, personal lines insurance and products class actions, commercial real estate disputes and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Shannon was an associate in the Chicago office of a leading global law firm.

During law school, Shannon was an associate editor and contributing editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She was also president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Shannon is a trained classical musician who holds a performance degree from the Peabody Conservatory of Music and a masters degree in musicology from the University of Oxford.
