Talia defends and advises companies in a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, misclassification, reasonable accommodation, the interactive process, breach of contract and more. She handles all aspects of single plaintiff and class action cases. She also advises employers regarding hiring, performance management, termination, internal investigations, policies and procedures, leaves of absence, and pre-litigation matters. She works closely with her clients, including in-house counsel and human resources departments, to find creative ways to achieve their goals while mitigating risk.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Talia was an attorney at two San Francisco-based law firms. She defended and advised community colleges, public high schools, municipal agencies and nonprofits in a variety of employment matters. She also litigated a defamation case at the trial and appellate levels and assisted in a federal trial regarding unfair trade practices.

During law school, Talia served as managing editor for the Hastings Women's Law Journal. She also served as a certified mediator in the San Francisco Superior Court Small Claims division and as a legal extern for Equal Right Advocates.
