A member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department, Tom advises and represents clients on a wide range of issues, including:
- Wage and hour law
- Class and collective action lawsuits
- Discrimination and harassment
- Employee corrective action and termination
- Disability accommodation
- Personnel policies and handbooks
Tom also has experience defending product manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners in asbestos-related cases as well as in other general liability claims. Last year, he second-chaired a successful two-week jury trial resulting in a multimillion-dollar verdict in his client’s favor.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Tom was an associate at a regional law firm where he handled insurance defense matters.
While in law school, Tom was associate editor of the UST Journal of Law & Public Policy and president of the St. Thomas More Society. He was also a member of the law school’s 2008 AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition Service and a recipient of UST Law’s Community Mission Award for exemplifying the “Service and Community" aspect of the law school’s mission.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Tom resides in Blue Bell, PA, with his wife and four children. He is active in his parish, Saint Helena Roman Catholic Church, in Blue Bell where he served as a member of the parish pastoral council from 2012 to 2015. Tom currently serves on the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Advisory Board of Directors and also as a member of the UST Law Class of 2009 Annual Giving Committee.
