Thomas represents clients in labor and employment matters, providing preventive counseling as well as handling matters in federal and state court and before administrative agencies. He defends employers in a variety of employment actions, including discrimination and retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims and contract matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Thomas was an attorney at a Philadelphia-based law firm. He was also a law clerk to both the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Anthony J. Parillo of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
While in law school, Thomas was a certified legal intern in the Civil Practice and Juvenile Justice Clinic at Rutgers University School of Law. He was also a law clerk to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals at the Department of Veterans Affairs and legal intern to the Honorable Tonianne J. Bongiovanni of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In addition to his internship and clerkships, he served on the executive board of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and as an oralist for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court.
While in college, Thomas studied abroad at Cambridge University.
